About LPWRA

The objective of the LPWRA, a not-for-profit association, is to, by all legitimate means;

• Protect and promote the beauty, safety and security of the Watercolours Residential Community (hereinafter, Watercolours);
• Protect and promote the mutual interests of the residents of Watercolours including, but not limited to, sponsoring and commenting on public laws and regulations affecting Watercolours and/or its residents including in the areas of zoning, city planning, access to education and services, security, traffic and roads and environment and related matters;
  Improve the quality of life in Watercolours and for its residents; and
• Provide a forum for discussion of matters of concern to residents of Watercolours.
