Mandate: To act as a forum for communication by the Lorne Park Watercolours Residents’ Association. Communication will come in two forms:

1. General internet community
a) To convey the existence and mandate of the LPWRA  to the general public
b) Inform general public of the requirements of membership to the LPWRA

2. Members only access: To convey information from the LPWRA to all its members
