Join or Renew

In order to join the LPWRA you must be an adult (18+) resident of Watercolours (in Lorne Park). In the event of a sale/purchase of your home, your membership is transferable to the new resident for the balance of the term paid. Fees are typically due October of every year.

FEES (yearly):

New Member: Only $30 (includes a one-time registration fee of $10.)
Renewing Member: Only $20

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Cash: At our general meeting October 19, 2009

2. Cheque: At our first general meeting or dropped off at: 597 Canyon Street c/o Alex Ragozzino. There will be a drop box. Please make all cheques payable to: "Lorne Park Watercolours Residents' Association"

3. Credit Card: We have a safe and secure PayPal account set-up, allowing acceptance of all major credit cards. An extra $2. fee applies.

Given that the LPWRA is run by volunteers, we prefer accepting payments by credit card to reduce the level of processing necessary to complete member registration. Credit card payments are automated and much easier to administer.

Please note if your payment is not received by the first general meeting of the term access to the forum will be restricted and your email address will be temporarily removed from our newsletter distribution list.

NEW MEMBER

New members please complete our online registration form to inform us of your interest in joining our association. You will receive further information by email.

NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION

Once your payment is received you will be added to our distribution list to receive our newsletter and instructions on joining our exclusive-members-only forum. The fee noted is based on a per household basis regardless of how many adults in the same home are joining. While we only need one payment per household, each person wishing to be a member needs to fill out the form to be added to the list.
