A healthcare provider in our community is accepting donations of baby monitors. Hospitals are asking for donations of baby monitors so that staff can communicate with patients in isolation without having to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which they need to dispose of after every patient contact. Hospitals do not have unlimited supply of PPE so if you have any old baby monitors and/or can forward this message to as many people you know we would really appreciate it.
A box or bin has been set up outside 530 Canyon Street to accept you donations. Please drop your donations off by end of day Monday, April 6, 2020 so they can be delivered by Tuesday. Thanks!
